PURPOSE: A real time high speed tcp proxy signal process apparatus and a real time tcp proxy signal processing method are provided to implement the high speed real time packet process by processing the traffic with real time wire speed. CONSTITUTION: A packet input unit is transmitted with the connect request signal packet being transmitted from a client(S01). A packet parser transmits the extraction information signal including the IP information and the TCP information of the client to a CD engine unit. The CD engine unit analyzes the information of the corresponding packet through an ACK standby table and a normal session table.
