摘要

PURPOSE: A novel crystallizing plate for a biological macromolecule is provided to directly collect X-ray diffraction date from crystal of biological mactomolecule. CONSTITUTION: A novel crystallizing plate for a biological macromolecule comprises: a plurality of crystallization chambers(1) for biological macromolecule; a holder(2) for mixture solution of one or more biological macromolecules, placed inside the crystallization chamber; and a crystallization space(3) which the upper central part of the holder is opened. The crystallization chamber is able to attach a connector(4) which connects with X-ray diffractormeter. The crystallization space is circular or polygonal.
