The element (10) has guidance units (16, 18) located between separating partitions (30) with respect to cavities, where each guidance unit is allowed to access to a traversing passage. Stop units are accessible from an internal face closed again half of openings released by the cavities and blocked partially half of passages formed by orifices (24). The stop units are formed such that a bar is inserted in the cavities closed by the stop units until the guidance units traverse along a passage between an external face (22) and the internal face.
