PURPOSE: A microfluidic channel and microfluidic device us provided to enhance reliability of analysis result and to accuracy and reproducibility. CONSTITUTION: A microfluidic channel(40) for capturing a target; a main channel; a target capturing part having a fluid outflow hole; a membrane for opening and closing the fluid outflow holes by being attached to or detached from the lower side of the target capturing part; and a drain channel which is formed between membrane and the fluid outflow holes.
