PURPOSE: A streetlight is provided to prevent the inflow of the rainwater inside an illumination sensor by arranging the illumination sensor under a transparent window. CONSTITUTION: An illumination sensor(100) is installed on one side of a streetlight to sense an ambient illumination. A timer(200) outputs a current date and a current time. A storage(300) stores an on-time and an off-time. An operation unit(400) determines the on/off of the streetlight by comparing the current date and time with the on-time with the off-time. A controller(500) determines the on/off of the streetlight by comparing the ambient illumination with the preset value. A determining unit determines the abnormality of the illumination sensor by analyzing the change of the output signal of the illumination sensor. |
