PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a WPC panel for construction material with a steel plate is provided to reduce production costs by using synthetic wood, having a steel plate therein instead of an aluminium plate, for a road sign. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a WPC panel for construction material with a steel plate is comprised of the steps: making rolled galvanized steel sheet flat by an uncoiler(s100); pressing a plurality of concave parts and punching a plurality of holes on the galvanized steel sheet(s110); forming the edge of the galvanized steel sheets to have a certain shape to couple them to each other to make a reinforced steel plate(S120); welding the joint part of the reinforced steel plate(S130); spraying an adhesive on the surface of the steel plate(S140); and covering the reinforced steel plate with synthetic wood(S150). |
