METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BULK LIBON SOLID ELECRTOLYTE FOR ALL-SOLID-STATE LITHIUM SECONDARY BATTERY

PURPOSE: A solid electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery is provided to obtain LiBON solid electrolyte in a powdered form instead of a thin film form and to improve the stability of a battery. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a solid electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery comprises the steps of: mixing a boron precursor, a lithium precursor, and ammonia solution in an inert gas atmosphere, wherein the boron precursor is selected from the group consisting of B(OH)3, B2O3 and LiBO2 and the lithium precursor is selected from the group consisting of LiOH, LiNO3 and Li2O; and performing ammothermal reaction of the mixture at 70~200 °C to prepare a solid electrolyte of chemical formula 1.
