PURPOSE: A heat pump using air and water heat sources is provided to improve the heat acquisition performance by using air or water heat source as main heat source and water or air heat source as sub heat source combined with the main heat source. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump using air and water heat sources comprises an air heat source heat exchanger(10), a water heat source heat exchanger(11), and an air-conditioning heat exchanger(20). The air and the water heat source heat exchanger obtain heat source from the outside of the heat pump. The air-conditioning heat exchanger heats and cools a thermal medium for indoor air conditioning. Both the air and the water heat source heat exchanger are simultaneously operated in the initial driving stage during a cooling mode and, when the thermal medium temperature at the exit of the air-conditioning heat exchanger reaches the set temperature, stopped. The air heat source heat exchanger is operated only when the discharge gas temperature of the compressor is greater than the value set according to refrigerant.
