The dustbin has a frame for maintaining or transporting a tilting body (1), where the frame is equipped with a tilting/pivoting unit for tilting/pivoting of the tilting body with respect to the frame. The body comprises bottom at an end of a reuse metallic barrel, where another end of the barrel is opened by cutting and depositing a sheet surface at the latter end. The tilting and pivoting unit is constituted by a hinge that comprises an axle. The axle is fixed on the frame, and receives articulations (5) that move in tilting or pivoting manner with respect to the frame.
