Quinolinone compounds as 5-HT4 receptor agonists

Disclosed are quinolinone compounds, specifically quinoline-carboxamide compounds, of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate or stereoisomer thereof, wherein the substituents are as defined in the specification. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compounds, processes and intermediates for preparing said compounds and their use in treating conditions mediated by 5-HT4 receptor activity such as reduced motility of the gastrointestinal tract.
