PURPOSE: A tire rubber composition is provided to reduce environmental contamination in the manufacture of environment-friendly tires using agar as reinforcing filler and to increase stability of vulcanization, elongation, and adhesive force. CONSTITUTION: A tire rubber composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of a base rubber and 20~30 parts by weight of agar. The base rubber is one or more selected from the group consisting of natural rubber and epoxidized natural rubber. The agar is obtained by adding 2~8% NaOH to Gelidium amansii and pretreating the mixture at 40~90 °C for 2~4 hours.
