The pole (10) has magnet segments (14) stuck together by a flexible adhesive (16) i.e. silicone adhesive, where each magnet segment has a corrosion protection layer e.g. galvanic copper-nickel coating layer. Distance elements (17) e.g. glass balls, are embedded into the adhesive between the magnet segments. A case (18) of a rotor laminated sheet (20) is implemented in a cross-section slightly larger than that of the pole, and exhibits a right parallelepiped form and extends in an axial direction so that the pole is slid from an open front side into a rotor (12).
