PURPOSE: A sealing and protecting structure of a proximity sensor is provided to prevent crack using rigid plastic, which is the same material with a case, as a sealing member pressed and fixed in a cable insertion hole. CONSTITUTION: A sealing and protecting structure of a proximity sensor comprises a case(40) and a sealing and protecting structure. The inner space of the case is installed with a printed circuit board and is filled with resin. A cable insertion hole is formed on one side of the case. The sealing and protecting structure has a printed circuit board(20) inserted through the cable insertion hole into the case. The sealing and protecting structure has a cable(50) and is compressed and fixed in the cable insertion hole with being contacted and compressed to the outer surface of the cable.
