PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic disk device which reduces crosstalk.SOLUTION: The magnetic disk to record data as magnetization information is provided with: a magnetic layer which has an axis of easy magnetization in a predetermined direction with respect to the recording surface of the magnetic disk; and a magnetic field deflection part which deflects a magnetic field from each recording magnetic domain of the magnetic layer toward a predetermined position above each recording magnetic domain. The magnetic field deflection part includes a high magnetic permeability part provided on each recording magnetic domain on the magnetic layer and having magnetic permeability higher than that in the surrounding area.
