PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an organic EL layer of a solid sealing type organic EL display device from deteriorating by preventing water from entering owing to a defect of a passivation film covering a lead wire in a peripheral sealing region.SOLUTION: The lead wire 50 connecting wiring in a display area to a terminal part 25 passes through the peripheral sealing region 30. In the peripheral sealing region 30, the lead wire 50 is covered with the inorganic passivation film. In the peripheral sealing region 30, the lead wire 50 is provided with a first bent part 51 and a second bent part 52 to prevent a void or crack generated in the inorganic passivation film from penetrating the peripheral sealing region 30. Consequently, it is possible to prevent water permeation from the outside and to prevent deterioration of the organic EL layer. |
