PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing method and a reinforcing structure for reinforcing water storage facility storing rainwater or the like without using any special resin-made skeleton block for force in the horizontal direction and; to provide a skeleton block unit used in them.SOLUTION: This reinforcing structure is constituted by arranging a skeleton block 1d at a lower step to direct a support column 5 upward and arranging a skeleton block 1c on it to direct the support column 5 downward. A reinforcing board 13 is provided on a base 3 of the skeleton block 1c. The skeleton block 1b is arranged on the reinforcing board 13 by directing the support column 5 upward. A skeleton block 1a is further arranged on the skeleton block 1b by directing the support column 5 downward.
