PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calibration device of an image sensor, and also to provide a mapping and compensation method using this.SOLUTION: The calibration device 20 of the image sensor is provided with a pixel unit array and a pattern, and pixel units arranged in the pixel unit array are defined by crossing of parallel longitude lines and parallel latitude lines. The pattern is configured of a partial pixel units, and the gray level of the partial pixel units is different from the gray level of the other pixels in the pixel unit array. The pattern is configured of a plurality of bars divided with parallel intervals. A comparison process is executed based on the feature of the pattern. A target pixel unit and a comparison pixel unit are defined based on the feature of the pattern. The mapping of a gap scale and position on the image sensor is carried out according to an agreement of the target pixel unit and a comparison pixel unit. Scanning image quality is improved according to the compensation of a gap value. |
