PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing reliable multilayer ceramic capacitors.SOLUTION: A ceramic green sheet 12 that becomes a dielectric ceramic layer includes ceramic main raw material powder including first ceramic powder with a main constituent of a BaTiOsystem and a specific surface area of 2-8 m/g. Conductive paste films 13, 14 that become internal electrodes include second ceramic powder with a main constituent of a BaTiOsystem and a specific surface area of ≥20 m/g. Further, the ceramic main raw material powder includes third ceramic powder with a main constituent of a BaTiOsystem and a specific surface area of ≥20 m/g. When the total weight of the first ceramic powder is set to TM, each total weight of the second ceramic powder and the third ceramic powder is set to 1.5-6.9 wt.% of the TM, and the total of the total weight of the third ceramic powder and the total weight of the second ceramic powder is set to 5.4-9.9 wt.% of the TM. |
