PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk playback device which shortens a playback start time period between loading and unloading of a disk by using a servo adjusting parameter stored in a nonvolatile memory, and which quickly adjusts servo when a mismatch with the servo adjusting parameter stored in the nonvolatile memory has occurred.SOLUTION: The disk playback device adjusts the servo by using the disk servo adjusting parameter stored on a disk playback start time, and the disk playback device is constructed in such a way that a disk servo adjusting parameter obtained by renewed servo adjustment is stored in the nonvolatile memory, when a signal level obtained from an optical pickup is attenuated more than a predetermined value in comparison of the signal level obtained from the optical pickup with a signal level stored in the nonvolatile memory. |
