The collision apparatus sprays a high-pressure jet of a slurry raw-material liquid from a single spray nozzle onto a hard plate member arranged in the chamber body through the shortest collision distance and has a means of causing a passage resistance Pd meeting the following condition to act with respect to the spraying pressure Pi of the high-pressure jet.
