The present invention relates to a resin with high heat transfer and potential, specially designed to transfer heat between two layers of different natures, one of which layers acts as energy receiver via the outer face thereof and energy emitter via the inner face thereof, and the other of which acts as receiver of the accumulated energy in the resin, acting as connecting bridge between the two layers. The resin with high heat transfer of the invention comprises granular particles of slate and preferably granular particles of a metallic nature, in a polymeric matrix.
