<p>A network state prediction device (100) is provided with a database unit (120), a prediction target input unit (111), a network state retrieval unit (112), and a prediction unit (113). The database unit (120) stores a position of one end of a path on which a mobile communication terminal (500) has been moved, a position of the other end of the path, and a network state that indicates communication quality on the path with the positions and the network state associated with each other. The prediction target input unit (111) inputs a position of one end of a target path, which is a path to be predicted, and a position of the other end of the target path. The network state retrieval unit (112) retrieves the network state on the basis of the input positional information and the positional information stored in the database unit (120). The prediction unit (113) generates, on the basis of the retrieved network state, network prediction information about the communication quality at a time when the mobile communication terminal (500) moves on the target path.</p> |
