FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to experimental nephrology and can be used for prevention of systemic amyloidosis and its nephropathic form in experimental animals during its modelling. For this purpose native egg albumen is introduced to old rats subcutaneously in dose 0.025 ml/g of body weight. Simultaneously with native egg albumen as amyloidoprotective medication used is medium-mineralised sulphide mineral water. Mineral water is introduced to rats daily via probe into stomach in dose 10 ml/kg during for 60 days. ^ EFFECT: extension of possibilities of preventing systemic amyloidosis and its nephropathic form. ^ 1 ex, 2 tbl, 4 dwg
