摘要 FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: water-alcohol solution (grading) is prepared by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol LUX and treated water with 40% blending. The solution is thoroughly mixed and purified on a carbon purifying battery. A buckwheat infusion is prepared by flooding 0.2-0.4 kg of buckwheat with the water-alcohol solution with concentration of 50 vol % in ratio of 1:10, infusion for 5 days and discharging the infusion followed by thorough filtration. The vodka, infusion and carbohydrate module Alcolux Plus are taken into a smoothing tub. Sugar in form of an aqueous solution or 65.8% sugar syrup is added to the grading and smoothing tub. Contents of the latter are thoroughly mixed after adding each ingredient. Vodka is bottled with mandatory control filtration. The following ingredients are used to prepare 1000 decalitres of vodka: 2.0-3.0 l buckwheat alcohol infusion for first discharge, 2.8-3.2 kg carbon module Alcolux Plus, 19.0-20.0 65.8%-sugar syrup, rectified ethyl alcohol Lux and treated water - the rest. ^ EFFECT: invention increases quality of the ready product, endows vodka with a subtle tinge of bell pepper in the aftertaste, disclosed vodka has taste mark of 9,7 in accordance with the protocol of the Central tasting commission. ^ 3 ex
