PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet ejection head requiring no limit in design nor lot management when using the press processing capable of inexpensively forming a flow channel unit having a high size accuracy even in a case of increasing the number of the channels of the head and elongating it, miniaturizing the size of the head, and having no variation of ejection characteristics at the end and the central part, a method of manufacturing thereof, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: The liquid droplet ejection head has the flow channel unit 30 formed by laminating a plurality of flow channel plates 29 formed with liquid flow channels. At least one of the flow channel plates 29 has a plurality of channels 36 disposed therein formed by press processing of a metal plate, and inflection points 37 of deflection in the channel 35 disposing direction caused by the press processing are positioned on a dummy channel 36 side from the channels 35 positioned at the end of the disposing direction. |
