PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas recirculation device of an internal combustion engine capable of controlling the supercooling of EGR gas by an EGR cooler without causing the deterioration of a fuel consumption.SOLUTION: The exhaust gas recirculation device includes: an EGR gas reflux passage that refluxes the portion of exhaust gas to an intake passage as the EGR gas; the EGR cooler 12 that is provided on a cooling water passage where coolant water circulates through the internal combustion engine 1 and performs heat exchange between the coolant water flowing in the cooling water passage and the EGR gas; and an exhaust gas cooling device 5 that is provided between the internal combustion engine 1 and the EGR cooler 12 on the cooling water passage and performs heat exchange between the exhaust gas flowing in an exhaust gas passage of the internal combustion engine 1 and the coolant water. |
