PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous external preparation for scalp that improves a voluminous feeling of the hair without causing stickiness.SOLUTION: The aqueous external preparation for scalp comprises the following components (A)-(F): (A) at least one blood circulation-promoting component selected from among an extract of Swertia japonica, vitamin E's and nicotinic acids; (B) an extract of Eucalyptus globules; (C) 1×10to 1×10 mass% of an N-propionyl polyethyleneimine-methylpolysiloxane copolymer; (D) 5×10to 5 mass% of an N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate diethyl sulfate-N,N-dimethylacrylamide-polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate copolymer; (E) 2×10 to 6×10 mass% of ethanol; and (F) water. |
