PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the formation of a gap between laminated steel plates of the rotor core of a rotor of an rotary electric machine with axially split permanent magnets incorporated therein.SOLUTION: The rotor 10 of the rotary electric machines includes the rotor core 12 formed by laminating steel plates in the axial direction, multiple magnetic poles 31, 32 including axially split permanent magnet sets 13a, 13b fixed in multiple respective holes arranged along the direction of the circumference of the rotor core 12 and extended in the axial direction by thermoplastic or thermosetting resin. The lengths of the magnets 131, 132 of the individual permanent magnet sets 13a, 13b are combined so that the positions of the parting surfaces 133a, 133b of the permanent magnet sets 13a, 13b of adjacent magnetic poles 31, 32 are displaced in the axial direction. |
