METHOD AND APPRATUS FOR SENSING PROXIMITY TOUCH

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for accumulating the delay generating due to the nearing touch are provided to efficiently sense the nearing touch by accumulating the delay generating due to the nearing touch accumulated over the fixation frequency. CONSTITUTION: A sensing input part(530) comprises a capacitor. The capacitance of the capacitor is signal-changed with the external input. If the value in which the voltage changing with capacitance and comparison voltage are similar is had, a comparison unit(540) turns reversely the output signal. A sensing counter(560) is similar to the sensing count signal counting the output signal. A detection counter(580) counts the second clock until it receives a message the signal of the sensing times counter. A touch determiner decides the touch input based on the output of the sensing counter.
