PURPOSE: A food receptacle sealing and cutting device of an automatic food packaging machine is provided to improve the packaging speed and productivity by increasing the speed of sealing cutting a cover film of a food receptacle. CONSTITUTION: A food receptacle sealing and cutting device of an automatic food packaging machine comprises a cyclic conveyor(14), a receptacle supply part(100), a content refill part(200), first and second cover film sealing parts(400a,400b), and a cover film cutting part(500). The receptacle supply part loads food receptacles(10), which are transferred on the cyclic conveyor container, into a receptacle mold(12) one by one. The content refill part fills contents within the food receptacle placed in the receptacle mold. The first and second cover film sealing parts press-bond cover films(16), which are successively supplied from a cover film supply part(300), to the top opening of the food receptacle filled with the contents, thereby sealing the food receptacle. The cover film cutting part cuts the four corners of the cover film sealed on the food receptacle.
