PURPOSE: A barricade for sound insulation is provided to insulate noises in a construction site and absorb an impact by a colliding object. CONSTITUTION: A barricade for sound insulation comprises a tube plate(10), a vertical support(20), a horizontal support(30), and a connection tube(40). The tube plate has an air injection port(11), a water injection port which is formed to fill water for volume extension, a vertical coupling tube(13), and a horizontal coupling tube(14). The vertical support is installed by passing through the vertical coupling tube and coupled with a support plate(21) on the bottom to support both sides of the tube plate. The horizontal support is installed by passing through the horizontal coupling tube part and supports the top and bottom of the tube plate. The connection tube is installed by passing through the vertical support and couples and supports both ends of the horizontal support.
