PURPOSE: An RF(Radio Frequency) synchronizing method and a method thereof are provided to output a synchronized signal according to the set rate by establishing the uplink and downlink rate. CONSTITUTION: A wireless repeater establishes an initial ratio of the uplink section and downlink section using the usage of the length of the estimated DL signal(S202). Based on in the initial ratio, a wireless repeater senses the upward link signal. The wireless repeater detects the initial ranging signal from the uplink signal(S203). Based on in the initial ranging signal, the wireless repeater resets the rate of the uplink period and downlink section(S208).
