PURPOSE: A rubber crosslinking device through gradual infrared heating and a rubber cross method are provided to effectively crosslink a large amount of rubber according to a single step temperature in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A rubber crosslinking device comprises first, second and third furnaces(10,20,30) and a transport unit(40). The first furnace cures the outer surface of the rubber, extruded through an extruder(1), by using a high-output mid infrared ray. The second furnace solidifies the inside of the rubber with high-output far infrared ray. The third furnace completely solidifies the rubber with far infrared rays. The transport unit is formed into the second and third furnaces to move the rubber to one side.
