PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer sheet, where a thermal transfer color material layer is formed on one surface of a base material film and a heat-resistant sliding layer is formed on the other surface, excellent in adhesion between the heat-resistant sliding layer and the base material film, capable of preventing wrinkle, etc., due to printing, and having heat-resistance by providing a heat-resistant primer layer between the base material film and the heat-resistant sliding layer.SOLUTION: In the thermal transfer sheet, at least two or more thermal transfer color material layers are formed in an order of faces on one surface of the base material film, and the heat-resistant sliding layer is formed on the other surface of the base material film. The heat-resistant sliding layer contains hydroxyl group containing thermoplastic resin, polyisocyanate, phosphate surfactant, and inorganic fine particles. The heat-resistant primer layer is provided between the base material film and the heat-resistant sliding layer. The heat-resistant primer layer contains polyester resin whose Tg is ≥50°C and ≤80°C and whose number average molecular weight is ≥8000 and ≤32000. |
