The transmission device (52) between the valves ensures that when the outlet valve (4) is operated the venting valve (6) is also operated.The transmission device has a coupling unit (36) which is uncoupled when the outlet valve (4) is closed. The coupling unit has an engagement component (30) coupled to the venting valve and a tip lever (24).The tip lever is coupled to a thrust rod (16) operated by the outlet valve. The tip lever when the outlet valve is opened engages in the engagement component of the coupling unit. It has two arms, the one arm (22) being coupled to the thrust rod (16) whilst the other arm (28) works in conjunction with the engagement component (30)
