PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chopper type comparator which performs stable sensor reading with a touch sensor function of a display panel.SOLUTION: When information of a sensor in a pixel is read via a signal line, sensor output is converted into digital data inside a panel by the chopper type comparator. Then, parallel-serial conversion is performed to the digital data by a shift register, and the digital data is transferred to the outside. Here, the sensor information detects whether signal line potential changes or is maintained in the chopper type comparator to perform binarization, and in this case, stable detection is performed by constituting the comparator so as to offset a threshold voltage. |
