PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubbing health appliance which can stimulate effective points on a sole of a foot and effective points on a body other than those on the sole of the foot, has a body massaging effect because being for rubbing the body, reduced in weight and size, without occupying a space because resin is used, while the appliance is easy to carry and can be used any time.SOLUTION: The rubbing health appliance is constituted by arranging semispherical projections 4 with a diameter of about 4 mm and a height of about 1 mm on a resin plate at an interval of about 4 mm both in length and width, while providing a grip handle 3 to the resin plate. |
