PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror with defogging function which is configured to prevent fogging of a mirror surface by raising the mirror surface temperature by use of the heat radiating effect of LED, and further efficiently propagate the heat released by the LED to the mirror surface, whereas in a conventional method for raising the mirror surface temperature by LED, the effect is halved in the viewpoint of temperature rise of mirror surface since the LED is attached such that the LED light emitting surface is directed to the mirror surface side and the heat radiating surface is directed to the back surface side of the mirror for the purpose of illumination of the mirror surface in addition to the temperature rise of the mirror surface.SOLUTION: The mirror with defogging function includes an attachment device containing a high-heat conductive material. The attachment device has a mirror setting surface on which the mirror back surface is mounted and an LED mounting surface on which the LED is mounted. The attachment device with the heat radiating surface of the LED being mounted on the LED mounting surface is attached to the mirror back surface through the mirror setting surface so that the heat radiating surface of the LED is perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the mirror back surface. |
