NATURAL PRESERVATIVE BLEND

A composition to be used as a natural preservative is provided. The composition comprises 1.0 to 20% w/w one or more naturally occurring substances containing salicylate, 0.1 to 20% w/w one or more species of lonicera, 0.1 to 80% w/w one or more leuconostoc, and 0.1 to 10% w/w gluconic acid. The composition has antimicrobial properties and is in a liquid form.
