Disclosed is a wire harness arranging device which does not require a large installation space and can prevent a protector from being broken. The wire harness arranging device (1A) which arranges a wire harness (4) over the floor and the seat of an automobile comprises: a rail (2) fixed to the floor; a support body (7A) which is attached to the rail (2) in a slidable manner and supports the seat; a synthetic resin protector (8A) which is fixed to the support body (7A) and slides inside the rail (2), having the wire harness (4) attached thereto to lead the wire harness (4) to the seat; a protector protection unit (76) which prevents the protector (8A) from colliding with a foreign matter; and a synthetic resin cover member (14) which covers the protector protection unit (76). The protector protection unit (76) is composed of a part of the support body (7A) and disposed at a position where the protector protection unit (76) and the support body (7A) sandwich the protector (8A) therebetween.
