<p>Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a container (G1) which is constituted such that a flange (G1b) can be separated into two inner and outer portions of an inner portion closer to an opening and an outer portion closer to a peripheral edge. The container manufacturing method comprises: transferring a peeling film (F); inserting a containing portion (G1a) into a container insertion opening (F1); adhering the peeling film (F), for a reinforcing purpose, to the two inner and outer portions of the flange (G1b) on the containing portion side; and punching out the peeling film (F) along the outer periphery of the flange (G1b) so as to form both protrusions (F5) extending from an adhesion portion (F4) as portions which are pinched by fingertips so as to leave the flange (G1b) and cut portions (F2) at the roots of those protrusions (F5), thereby to manufacture the container (G1), to which the punched peeling film (F) is adhered. Before a packaging step, the punched peeling film (F1) is adhered to the container (G1) so that not only the packaging step can be simplified but also the existing packaging machine can be used substantially as it is.</p> |
