<p>A field service test method, device and system are provided, which belong to the field of communications technology. The method includes: selecting a mobile terminal participated in test in communication network according to a service needed for test; establishing a connection with the selected mobile terminal; transmitting a command for configuring the service test parameters to the selected mobile terminal so as to enable the mobile terminal to configure the parameters of the service needed for test according to the command; and controlling the selected mobile terminal to execute the service needed for test. The advantages of the embodiment in the invention are that: the field test task can be complete without human participation, and the service test can be completed only in manner of remote control by the test server, so the large amount human and material resources are saved, and the efficiency of the field test is enhanced.</p> |
