The method involves attaching an electrical conductor (1.2.2) in sections into a dielectric (1.3) by an ultrasonic sonotrode (2) or into an isolation layer e.g. electrically isolating lacquer layer, arranged at the dielectric for formation of a rear electrode (1.2). Another electrical conductor is placed in sections into a transparent carrier layer (T) and/or attached to the carrier layer by the sonotrode for formation of a front electrode. The former electrical conductor is formed as a single wire or a cord and guided by a wire guidance unit (2.1). An independent claim is also included for a laminar electroluminescent arrangement.
