The cloth has an expanded fabric section provided with warp threads (5) and weft threads (6), on a fabric surface. Warp crosswinding angle of the warp threads and the weft threads on the fabric section is deflected around more than 5 degree from right angle. The warp threads are arranged parallel together. The warp threads and/or the weft threads consist of special steel or plastic and comprises dimension smaller than 50 micrometers. The warp threads and the weft threads are connected together with warp crosswinding points. An independent claim is also included for a web machine comprising a warp device.
