<p>The method for casting molded parts such as non-ferrous anodes with a device (1) having molds (2), comprises filling the mold with the melt at a first location (3) by a melt supply source (4) and then conveying to a second place (5), and removing the molded part from the mold at the second location. A cooling section (6), in which the melt filled in the mold is cooled during the transport from the first place to the second place, is arranged between the first place and the second place, so that the melt solidifies to molded part. The method for casting molded parts such as non-ferrous anodes with a device (1) having molds (2), comprises filling the mold with the melt at a first location (3) by a melt supply source (4) and then conveying to a second place (5), and removing the molded part from the mold at the second location. A cooling section (6), in which the melt filled in the mold is cooled during the transport from the first place to the second place, is arranged between the first place and the second place, so that the melt solidifies to molded part. The cooling of the melt takes place in the area of the cooling section in regular manner, so that the cooling of the melt takes place according to a predetermined temperature profile (T) over a conveying path (s) and a conveying time (t). The volume flow of a cooling medium is set in the mold and/or anode for increasing or reducing the cooling of the melt in the mold. The molds are conveyed along a circular web. For beginning the production process, the volume flow of the cooling medium to the mold is regulated, so that the mold is heated according to the predetermined temperature profile. An independent claim is included for a device for casting molded parts such as non-ferrous anodes.</p> |
