PURPOSE: A heating/cooking device is provided to improve the heating imbalance of food since hot air is uniformly supplied into a heating tank. CONSTITUTION: A heating/cooking device comprises a heating tank(2), a first vent unit, a hot air casing(13), a hot air heater(16), a hot air fan(15) and a duct member(20). The heating tank accepts foods. The first vent unit comprises a plurality of transmission holes(10,22), which are installed on at least one of the perimeter walls of the heating tank. The hot air casing is installed on the outside of the heating tank of the perimeter wall, on which the first vent unit has been formed. The hot air casing forms a hot air generating chamber(17), which is communicated with the heating tank through the first vent unit. The hot air fan is rotated by a fan motor in the hot air generating chamber.
