PURPOSE: A hair care set for hair and skin care is provided, which can prevent and treat skin disease, skin dryness, hair damage and the like. CONSTITUTION: A hair care set for hair and skin care comprises: a therapy sprayer(A1) spraying oxygen and therapy liquid; a hair growth mist sprayer(A2); and an oxygen spray permanent wave setting machine(A3). The therapy sprayer includes: an oxygen storage container; a button(21) controlling exhaustion of oxygen of the oxygen storage container; an oxygen supply part(1) consisting of a valve body(20) formed in the outside; and an oxygen therapy feed port(2) which is connected to the oxygen supply part and is equipped with a nozzle body in order to therapy liquid.
