PURPOSE: A muscle exercise and measurement system is provided, which enables a user to select one of linear motion and rotational motion and prevents safety accident. CONSTITUTION: A muscle exercise and measurement system comprises: a first main body(131) which moves straight along the predetermined first route; a third body(141) which rotationally moves along the third predetermined route; a first motor which is selectively connected to the first main body and third body and actuates the programmed load; a servo control circuit ordering the programmed load to the first motor; a first measuring unit measuring the first power actuating on the first main body; and a third measuring unit measuring the third power actuating on the third body.
