PURPOSE: A solar power plant system is provided to facilitate manufacturing since a heat collecting plate can be manufactured in a form of weaving a given shape of metallic wire or a carbon wire. CONSTITUTION: A solar power plant system comprises a solar heat collecting unit(100), a heat medium vaporizing unit(200), a turbine(300), a power generating unit(400) and a contracting unit(500). The heat medium vaporizing unit vaporizes heat medium using the solar heat, which is collected by the solar heat collecting unit. The turbine rotates by high-pressure heat medium, which has been vaporized by the heat medium vaporizing unit. The power generating unit generates electricity using the torque of the turbine. The contracting unit is connected to the turbine. The contracting unit contracts the heat medium after rotating the turbine, and supplies it to the heat medium vaporizing unit back. The solar heat collecting unit comprises a heat collecting plate(120) and a Fresnel lens(130).
