PURPOSE: A blood pressure cuff, a blood pressure measuring device thereof, and a measuring method thereof are provided to accurately control a pressurizing and releasing process by using a shape memory alloy. CONSTITUTION: A strap(102) protects a part of a body. A first actuator(120) comprises a first shape memory alloy(122) which is restored to a first shape. A second actuator(180) comprises a second shape memory alloy(182) which is restored to a second shape. A memory saves data and a program which are required for the calculation of a processor. A display device visually indicates a blood pressure measurement result.
